No One Rides Alone – Film Screening and Q and A

3 March @ 5:15 pm - 8:00 pm
Free

Screening of feature length documentary No One Rides Alone followed by a Q and A session with team members.

From the team at Silvereye Films behind the award winning “One Day Ahead”. No One Rides Alone, follows a team of British Military veterans, one living with the rare disease Multifocal Motor Neuropathy, as they ride around France, following the route of the 1955 Tour De France.

Riding in the wheel tracks of the first British Tour de France Team, the film follows the team as they  connect with others in the rare disease community and learn more about Multifocal Motor Neuropathy (MMN) and the impacts it and conditions like it have.

Featuring MMN patient Clive Phillips, double Paralympic gold medalist Ben Watson and Italian para-triathlete Ilaria Brugnoli, No One Rides Alone is a journey of discovery and an intimate portrait of how with team work, positivity and a willingness to be vulnerable we can achieve the seemingly impossible.

Set against the majesty of the French landscape and a remarkable historical achievement. No One Rides Alone tells an inspiring story that resonates well beyond the MMN community and has lessons for us all whatever challenges we face..
