Fermentation Workshop

like kimchi, kombucha, sauerkraut, water kefir, and also learn how to improve your gut health, have some fun and connect with a sustainable and food waste-conscious community, this fermentation workshop is for you.

We will help you to learn useful skills for keeping a happy and healthy microbiome and reducing inflammation in the body. We will cover topics such as cultured condiments, lactic fermentation and other types of ferments. You will learn amazing skills used for thousands of years that have been proven to keep you healthy. The cost is £42 per two hour workshop, including a tasting session with a range of products like kombucha, water kefir, fermented ketchup and amazing fermented chocolates (with miso and fermented cream). You will also prepare your own fermented food in a jar to take home.

Taught by an experienced fermentation enthusiast, this workshop will cover the science behind fermentation, as well as practical tips and techniques for getting started at home.  No prior experience necessary, all welcome!
